Shipping & Returns
PLEASE NOTE - Our 24-72 hour ship time does not suggest that orders will arrive at your residence within 24-72 hours. It only acts as a guarantee that orders will ship from our warehouse within this time frame. Time in transit varies from country to country and if you need the items immediately please contact us.
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. By credit card orders, shipments are delivered to the Cardholders address.
If Receiver refuses delivery or to pay for delivery, or the Shipment is deemed to be unacceptable, or Receiver cannot be reasonably identified or located, the shipping company shall use reasonable efforts to return the Shipment to Shipper at Customer's cost, failing which the Shipment may be released, disposed of or sold by the shipping company without incurring any liability whatsoever to Shipper or anyone else, with the proceeds applied against service charges and related administrative costs and the balance of the proceeds of a sale to be returned to Horizon Global Trading.
Delayed Shipments
Freight Carriers will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Shipment according to Freight Carriers regular delivery schedules, but these are not guaranteed.
A shipping fee will apply to your final order sum according to the destination country showed on the order. The shipping fee column shows a delivery cost case. If your country is not listed here, please contact us before you make the purchase.
It usually takes 3-7 business days to ship to any country. We usually use DHL or UPS, EMS to ship our products. Unfortunately you are not liable to choose the method of shipping. It is up to us, as we know which shipping company has much better customs clearance and best delivery times for your specific country. Up on shipping you will be given a tracking number so you could track your shipment status.
We are offering for our customers within Singapore an islandwide door-to-door delivery for only 10 SGD.
