Return Policy
Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster processing, please have your invoice number, name, product purchased and the reason for return ready when calling.
Conditions for Products Returned Within 7 Days from date of arrival.
All products returned must be in the original "as new" condition, complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes and all inclusion & accessories included with the original shipment. We reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed resellable as a new product.
Restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Shipping and handling charges is not refundable.
Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Horizon Global Trading reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the date of arrival.
Refunds on purchase made with a credit card will only be credited back to the same card.
Shipping Charges for Returned Product
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; Horizon Global Trading will use the available shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
Horizon Global Trading will not be responsible for shipping for returned items. The customer will have to organise payment for delivery back to customer or use their own courier pick up.
If it is determined that my returned product has liquid or physical damage
Examples :
- Cracks on or damage to the product indicating that the product has been dropped or injured.
- Damage indicating that the product has been exposed to liquid.
- LCD damage such that the product screen has cracks or blue spots.
- Products that have been modified or tampered with.
If it is determined that your returned product has liquid or physical damage, then Horizon Global Trading will not be able to exchange/refund the product.
