What information do we collect/track?

Horizon Global Trading may send you communication, including informative mails/newsletters about product upgrades, product updates, new products, special offers, and services. Horizon Global Trading may use third-party provider(s) of outbound email technology to send email from their servers on our behalf. The provider does not collect information about you but does collect requests to Unsubscribe ("unsubscribes"). Users who no longer wish to continue receiving communications from us, including informative mails/newsletters about product upgrades, product updates, new products, services; to provide you special offers that may be of interest to you, may opt-out of receiving these communications in the following ways:

Horizon Global Trading has relationships with business partners that provide a number of third-party products and services. With your permission, Horizon Global Trading will notify you about special offers that may include links to third-party products and services.
Co-branded pages

In addition, Horizon Global Trading retains the services of outside contractors to provide services for us. They may be used to ship products, provide technical support, or handle order processing. Horizon Global Trading uses third party provider(s) of e-commerce solutions to power its online store. When a user purchases a product from the online store, information about the customer, including name, address, and email address, is provided to Horizon Global Trading.
These third party providers [TPP] request information from the user on the order form, hosted on their Web server(s). Here a user may be required to provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If there are problems with processing an order, this contact information is used to contact the customer. TPP keep your credit card information confidential and protect your credit card information through the use of industry-standard Secure Sockets (SSL) encryption technology.
Policy changes
In the event there is a major change to Horizon Global Trading's privacy practices, a notice will be posted on our web site. If the change involves the use of your personally identifiable information, the notice will contain instructions on how you can opt-out of such use.
